Process
Cold forming
A high speed process where coiled wire raw material is sheared and then molded through many die cavities through displacement and extrusion.
Rolling
Cold formed parts are then compressed with appropriate pressure between a set of rolls being able to form threads and knurls.
Machining
Pre-programmed semi/automatic lathe & milling type machines capable of producing plane surfaces and screw threads. Also providing additional processes to cold forged parts for more precise and intricate designs.
Stamping
Metalworking method that includes punching, coining, bending of sheet metal raw material, combined with an automatic feeding system.
Assembly
Final process in which all previously processed materials are assembled together in a semi/automatic process line.
